The Annual post adoption monitoring and technical assessment tour held in August 2018.
The Program Director accompanied a delegation from the Lagos State MYSD to Catholic Charities of Baltimore in Baltimore, Maryland USA and Family By Adoption in Ontario, Canada.
This working visit afforded the team the opportunity to fulfill the legal requirement of physical evaluation of adoption placements and to assess social programs of the host organizations
