The Intercountry Adoption Universal Accreditation Act (UAA)
The Intercountry Adoption Universal Accreditation Act (UAA) was signed on January 14, 2013. This new law took effect July 15, 2014, making accreditation required in order for an international adoption service provider to continue operation.
