Counselling

Our experience has shown us that all family members can benefit from receiving some type of pre and post-adoption support. The adoption process can be a difficult one to navigate and Morgan Hill is ready to help.

These needs can be met through Educational Workshops, Support Groups, and Family Counseling Services.

Some of our post-adoption counseling include but are not limited to Older Children Issues, New Parenting Roles, Marital Difficulties, Stress Management, Nutritional and Sleep Issues, etc.

We also offer coaching services via phone/skype as most families need guidance on how to handle the everyday issues they face with a child.

Our services outside the adoption scope include Anxiety, depression, home bound depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationship and family difficulties, children and adolescent issues, sexual abuse, and eating disorders.

On child-related issues, Morgan Hill provides session for children as we believe this could help develop problem-solving skills and benefit from these sessions.

We help kids and families cope with stress and a variety of emotional and behavioral issues.

Many kids need help dealing with school stress, such as homework, test anxiety, bullying, or peer pressure. Others need help to discuss their feelings about family issues, particularly if there's a major transition, such as a divorce, move, or serious illness.

Fees: Phone/Skype Consultation: N20,000 1-on-1 Consultation: N15,000

*Note: Phone counseling: Your counselor will call you. The fee includes the outgoing call from him/her to you.
